newsletter, June 30, 2010 Dear friends of PlanetSolar We are glad to announce in this newsletter that PlanetSolar has joined the popular web-based platform ManyPlayers for massive sports competition. ManyPlayers has notably developed the official online game "Virtual Regatta" for the Vendée Globe sailing race and also the french open Roland Garros tennis tournament and the Rugby World Cup games. This new multi-players game will allow you to virtually pilot the biggest solar boat around the world tour among other sport competitors. Like the skippers, you will have to manage your route and energy levels by collecting maximum the yield of solar irradiation whilst facing real weather conditions. Find your way under the sun... We are also proud to announce that the solar routing software is operational. This software, the solar version of which is a completely new product, makes it possible to optimise navigation taking into account a new factor, the solar radiation received by the boat! This software has been developed by our partner, Adrena, which designs products that are already very widely used by sailors.
